Topic 1: Review of SCHEV expenditures; plan for maintenance funds

 CRC discussed the few remaining expenditures.  Ed's orders still must be resolved.  $9k of the funds are left to go to the HCI Field Evaluation Unit on the SCHEV ETF Secondary List.  $3k will go to the graduate lab.  The JAZZ drive low bidder backed out, so a new vendor will ship the JAZZ drives.

Marc will send email to the faculty, staff, and graduate students soliting use of the ETF maintenance funds recently received.  Also, $3k of the ETF maintenance funds will go to Northern Virginia.
